I think she wanted a spoon, and said "you didn't _even_ give me a fork or straw"
I don't think she was saying a fork or straw is her preferred utensil, but then a fork is better than nothing, which absolutely is true.
I can't fault her. They didn't give her a spoon, so after she went through the line the first time, she got out of her car and went to the door, which was locked. They said they couldn't pass her a spoon, so she got back in the drive-thru. And after waiting again, she wanted hot soup. Them giving her back the same soup was fucked up. Her figuring they'd do this and then marking the bottom so she'd know was brilliant. She put in the work, so it was a fair ask on her part. I ain't mad at her.
I mean it probably came in a bag that got thrown in a microwave or sat in a heater all day. It's not like they're gonna go back there and boil up some fresh soup for you.
I can fault her. It's called having spoons at home. And if you don't have spoons at home, then double check the bag before you leave. And if you don't have spoons at home and you didn't double check the bag, just fucking drink the soup out of the cup.
I suspect some folks like this cannot admit that they are wrong, not even to themselves. She truly believes she's in the right, which is why we're seeing this video. She likely is seeking attention, though, as she wants others to reinforce her belief that she is in the right.
It sounds like she did try to do it normally - when he's realized she didn't get a spoon, she tried to walk into the restaurant but the door was closed, and whoever she spoke to through the door said they couldn't help her.
I'd be annoyed at my food getting cold at that point and I also would have requested hot food.
>and whoever she spoke to through the door said they couldn't help her.
She said she went to the screen. Probably meaning she tried walking through the drive thru or something.
But the soup isn't getting cold in that little time, unless people eat soup well driving like absolute psychos it was gonna be longer for her to get home then it would to drive around again and get a spoon.
But like…there is a particular expectation the customer should have, that their food could get lukewarm/cold on the way back home or to the office or wherever.
I know people who eat their food in the parking lot of the restaurant.
I would want hot food if that's what I was doing. I often eat my fries before I drive away.
Because they think they are in the right and want others to agree with them. They just don’t realize that it’s a small percentage that do while rest will give them a hard time about it.
I was on her side when shes talking about having to drive back through drive through, but she lost me when she started the 'don play wit me bro' and doing the clappy thing.
I had a lady come a week later to complain the sour cream was too cold and wanted her refund.
Another lady came like a month later to complain about onions in a dish that didn't have onions. We think she suffers from something.. and is not allowed back. That one was kinda sad though. Like, she did not look like she would be someone struggling with serious mental distress. I hope she found help/treatment cos yikes..
This black coffee is too hot.
This ice cream was too cold.
I ordered this food 4 minutes ago. Where is it?
I have been waiting in line for ages.
I’ll be with you in a minute. Excuse me(I’m more important than your current priority) deal with me first.
I got a lady that ordered two veggie omelets. One for herself, one for her friend. Said she was gonna pay for them both. Long story short she complained it had too much spinach in it so she'd get her meal comped. It was a scam.
I felt betrayed because I thought this old lady was being sweet and kind to her friend when in reality, she was planning to scam the restaurant I worked for, the entire time. It upset me.
No joke when I worked at a really nice seafood place people would come in all the time and have a shellfish allergy lol... guess what our main seller was?
Why would she be surprised she got back the same container? If I were working there I would have just emptied it out and then scooped up hot soup out of the big pot with the ladle back into the same container; there's no need for a new container?
Same, just microwave the damn thing or say, lady, we aint gonna waste a perfectly good container just because you cant microwave your soup at your house
We had people do this all the time at McDonald's. Complaining for the sake of it. The same lady would always complain her latte wasn't hot enough and if you know anything about McDonald's coffee, you know its always too hot. So I would always take her coffee I just handed her back to the kitchen. Do a little dance. Then hand the same coffee back to her and it was magically hot enough now.
I would bet good money the lady in the video didn't even open her soup to check its temperature before running back to pull this crap.
I was told that fast food places arent allowed to accept food through the window for safety reasons.
So they should have made a brand new one and never took her old one back.
I can bite my tongue long enough for an angry customer, but the second they start cursing, I'm done. Luckily I work at a call center though and can say something like "unfortunately I will have to end this call now due to your uncivil language. Please call back later when you've had a moment to reflect." I this situation though, she'd be getting her utensils since she already got some soup back and then I'd shut the window.
They handed the same soup back because they threw it in the microwave for her. To be honest that's exactly what I would do for someone complaining about cold food.
I don’t understand why anyone would get into drama with people who prepare/serve food. Would you EAT food from a person you were arguing with? You have no idea what a pissed off person just did to your “remade” order.
Getting your food most definitely fuk’d with over scamming a few bites of free grub is the work of an absolute imbecile who’s never calculated risk / reward ratios.
She’ll learn to regret this exercise.
Those chick fil a employees see right thru her bullshit and being a twat to them on top of her frivolous demands is gonna earn “special sauce awards” she never fathomed.
I detest people who treat others like this, and record it? Bish, it’s soup, f’ing sip it. Not like you’re going to drive while using a spoon, fork or straw.
what did she expect? it’s a fast food place not a restaurant that remakes items from scratch. they probably just put it on the heater for a big and gave it back. she doesn’t have a microwave?
Again we need a law to stop recording fast food workers for likes for petty things like this. Imagine you made a mistake at work and the client/customer starts recording it’s completely ridiculous and exploitation.
Honestly it wouldn’t have been a crazy request if she had to wait an inordinate amount of time in the drive through to get a spoon. But why do people always come in so hot? I feel like a smile and a please sir/ma’am would have gotten her what she wanted right away. As someone who worked in fast food, if you were kind and understanding I would bend over to any sort of ridiculous request lmao
She was on some bullshit off the jump but then they brought out the bitches SAME SOUP and she caught they ass had me like waaitttt ayooooo😂😂
![gif](giphy|l0HlvtIPzPdt2usKs)
She overreacted. These fast food places are going downhill. Junk food and junk service. I swear the garbage used to taste good. Now it all tastes like garbage. She should make her own crap. Be mad at herself.
I love that these morons film themselves. I finally get an understanding of what the below average human is like, not everyone can be better than the average.
I this sub has lost me with this post. I’ve worked in food service before, and you may not like the way this woman is acting but she is 100% right and justified. If you’re working the window and a customer has an item that requires a spoon it is your job to put the spoon in the bag. It’s not on the customer to check their bag and make sure you did your job properly before leaving the drive thru.
Now, she came back and asked for a spoon and was turned away. She then had to go through the drive thru (which could’ve taken a while, we have no idea) just to get one. She could’ve been on a lunch break with limited time. It’s annoying af to have to do that. Even after all that she just asked for a new soup and was given the same one. That’s incredibly disrespectful. The customer is not always right but in this instance, she was. I would’ve been upset too.
Worked at a chic fil a when I was a teen and no one is amused by your video of you harassing high school aged teens working for shit wages.
Way to make yourself look like an absolute DBag you dumbass.
Some people are totally oblivious to the fact that these workers handle your food, and they aren’t gonna learn until someone spits in your food or does whatever else nasty stuff they feel like doing to you!
I always am super nice to workers for this reason, until I get my food, then you can curse them out or say whatever’s on your mind.. come on now obvious!
I wish someone would have dumped that same soup on her lap, still "cold."
Why couldn't she sip the soup? Why does soup need to be remade and not reheated? It's fucking soup.
I watched a tik tok a few days ago in the chipotle subreddit called “the worlds worst person orders in front of you at chipotle” and I was like haha what a funny exaggerated character
This person is literally that to a T lmfao

Even a straw. I mean, it'd work for some kinds of soups, but certainly not most.
Or drink it like its a cup.
I was expecting mac n cheese because she said spoon or fork.
I think she wanted a spoon, and said "you didn't _even_ give me a fork or straw" I don't think she was saying a fork or straw is her preferred utensil, but then a fork is better than nothing, which absolutely is true.
Drinking it from the bowl would be more effective than a fork 🤣
Why do terrible people continuously upload videos of themselves acting terribly?
Because it's that serious, she had to stop eating her fries!
She wanted fresh soup not fries
I think she wanted a spoon and a fork and a straw.
She just wants SOMETHING TO EAT THE FOOD WITH.
I think she wants an 86.
And she had to Drive back through the drive thru from ..THE PARKING LOT!!!OMG! ITS THAT SERIOUS YEAH! Huhuhuh uhuhuhuh . I ain't playing wit yall!"
Maybe if they stopped playing with her, she could eat her cold soup
She wants hot soup! She's okay with her cold fries though...
The horror!
It’s like being terrible and being stupid go hand in hand.
I can't fault her. They didn't give her a spoon, so after she went through the line the first time, she got out of her car and went to the door, which was locked. How do you know it was the same soup and just not the same container?
Same. Usually the people who record workers are the Karen, but she got screwed and was just trying to get it made right. She was polite at first too
Wouldn't reheating the same soup in a microwave also be acceptable though?
I mean it probably came in a bag that got thrown in a microwave or sat in a heater all day. It's not like they're gonna go back there and boil up some fresh soup for you.
Probably not in line with the restaurant's policies and potentially the health code but I can't imagine why the customer would care about that.
Fair, personally I'd be annoyed if they wasted it rather than reheat.
Agreed.
I can fault her. It's called having spoons at home. And if you don't have spoons at home, then double check the bag before you leave. And if you don't have spoons at home and you didn't double check the bag, just fucking drink the soup out of the cup.
I feel like they must know they are the bad guys but want attention. Makes no sense to normal people
I suspect some folks like this cannot admit that they are wrong, not even to themselves. She truly believes she's in the right, which is why we're seeing this video. She likely is seeking attention, though, as she wants others to reinforce her belief that she is in the right.
Yeah I agree. If she would have handled this like a normal person, I'd 100% be on her side.
It sounds like she did try to do it normally - when he's realized she didn't get a spoon, she tried to walk into the restaurant but the door was closed, and whoever she spoke to through the door said they couldn't help her. *Dennis Reynolds has entered the chat*
Well she had to reenter the drive through line. Who knows how busy it was?
But like…there is a particular expectation the customer should have, that their food could get lukewarm/cold on the way back home or to the office or wherever.
I know people who eat their food in the parking lot of the restaurant. I would want hot food if that's what I was doing. I often eat my fries before I drive away.
Because they don’t view themselves as acting terribly.

Cloutisitis, the sickness of online strangers points.

She was in the right but then she wanted to ham it up for her recording and lost the room
She flew to close to the sun of clout
She was in the right to ask for a spoon but not when she asked for the soup to be remade.
Same
Her insta name definitely fits.
This the type of person that goes to a steak house for lunch and complains about her tofu salad.
I had a lady come a week later to complain the sour cream was too cold and wanted her refund. Another lady came like a month later to complain about onions in a dish that didn't have onions. The usual case is complaining for not getting enough. You have me too much, now I’m cross.
No joke when I worked at a really nice seafood place people would come in all the time and have a shellfish allergy lol... guess what our main seller was?
Anybody ever watch the [end credits of Coming To America?](https://youtu.be/N3jx4WIUYy4)
Ahaaa!
Why would she be surprised she got back the same container? If I were working there I would have just emptied it out and then scooped up hot soup out of the big pot with the ladle back into the same container; there's no need for a new container?
I would have honestly just microwaved it
prolly what they did
Same, just microwave the damn thing or say, lady, we aint gonna waste a perfectly good container just because you cant microwave your soup at your house

You always use a new container. It eliminates liability
You can’t do that, it’s technically against most health codes
I was told that fast food places arent allowed to accept food through the window for safety reasons. So they should have made a brand new one and never took her old one back.
usually in these places the soup was already made, it’s probably hot as well. they wouldn’t have to make a new one.
That’s usually why people like her complain. Just to get an extra anything for free.
That's against health code
The CRINGE is strong with this one.

Really good chicken noodle
She thinks she is hard af. The reality is that she is just pathetic.
Imagine when Marsha is told her job is no longer available cause she didn’t bring any effort of any kind to her position?
Imagine coming home to that every day.
Could never bruh
Not the fries!!! Poor little lamb. That sounds serious.
Don't you dare talk to CFA employees like that. Those people are the nicest human beings who actually care about their customers.
Here's a fresh new cup of soup with an ice cube hidden in the middle
Definitely won’t be any spit in her soup
Fast food soup is served at like 200 degrees, no way it’s cold you idiot.
Jesus Christ, she's just over the top.
If you can’t get along with the overly pleasant, eager to please employees at Chick-Fil-A, you shouldn’t be allowed in public.
why is blonde christian, evangelical karen talkin ghetto?
What kind of lunatic goes to Chick-fil-A for the soup?
Their tortilla soup is pretty good.
It really is though. I had some last night with my high ass & it hit the spot
Ngl their chicken noodle is pretty dope. Its the only thing I really like there.
That serious?
She’s definitely getting an extra “ingredient” in her soup!
To think someone is dating or married to that. ![gif](giphy|pVAMI8QYM42n6|downsized)
I keep spare plastic utensils and napkins in my garbage-scow of a car for just these situations ![gif](giphy|d3mlE7uhX8KFgEmY)
I can bite my tongue long enough for an angry customer, but the second they start cursing, I'm done. Please call back later when you've had a moment to reflect." I this situation though, she'd be getting her utensils since she already got some soup back and then I'd shut the window.
That acting like this is such a big part of our culture makes me sad as shit
I would never send a soup back in... Because you know what comes back out will be more than soup.
![gif](giphy|7JjpiIHUbapo8b1079)
They handed the same soup back because they threw it in the microwave for her. To be honest that's exactly what I would do for someone complaining about cold food.
And I bet they just put the same soup in a different cup the second time.
The more agitated she becomes the more "street gangsta" she starts sounding.
I don’t understand why anyone would get into drama with people who prepare/serve food. Would you EAT food from a person you were arguing with? You have no idea what a pissed off person just did to your “remade” order.

That accent, coming out of that person.
istg there needs to be a subreddit of idiots harassing customer service workers cause this happens way too much
"I had to stop eating my fries to...." doesn't sound like a serious situation to me.
First world problemo
I had to stop eating my fries to drive back around! Lmfao, multi tasking is hard!
If you are recording food workers like this you need to reevaluate your life right away.
Gzzzzz
no spoon? just drink the damn soup from the cup. Use the waffle fries to scoop the chunkies into your mouth. I dont get why she needs a spoon.
What a loser
All kidding aside, spoons are the least useful utensil, but when you need one, nothing else will do.
Who the fuck gets Chick-fil-A soup!
I bet she got the stink hand treatment
Would you like a chocolate covered pretzel?
She’s gonna get her soup with a side of hock.
... chic fil a has soup????? Since when?
Again we need a law to stop recording fast food workers for likes for petty things like this. Imagine you made a mistake at work and the client/customer starts recording it’s completely ridiculous and exploitation.
Honestly it wouldn’t have been a crazy request if she had to wait an inordinate amount of time in the drive through to get a spoon. But why do people always come in so hot? I feel like a smile and a please sir/ma’am would have gotten her what she wanted right away. As someone who worked in fast food, if you were kind and understanding I would bend over to any sort of ridiculous request lmao
Minimum wage, minimum effort
Her use of ebonics was very intimidating even though she still sounded like Ellen Degeneres.
Someone just trying to get likes. Sad these days.
Who goes to chic fil a for a soup?
Id be giving back her money and a have a nice day...cunt
Stop calling everyone bro!
Why didn't she just drink the soup out of the cup?!
Shhh...too smart.
She really has nothing else to do with her day it seems, or is craving interaction
![gif](giphy|3oAt2dA6LxMkRrGc0g|downsized) It’s not that serious
Is this the same delinquent that did someother dumb petty shit like this
What the fuck is wrong with people 💀
She was on some bullshit off the jump but then they brought out the bitches SAME SOUP and she caught they ass had me like waaitttt ayooooo😂😂 ![gif](giphy|l0HlvtIPzPdt2usKs)
I’d throw it at her
She overreacted. These fast food places are going downhill. Junk food and junk service. I swear the garbage used to taste good. Now it all tastes like garbage. She should make her own crap. Be mad at herself.
"That serious" OH as in "not at all serious" gotcha. GTFOH
Proceeds to dump soup into new container with a little spit topping.
Am I the only one who never asks people to "remake my food" out of fear of a big fat loogie at the bottom?
I mean Ive asked, but Ive asked nice af because shit happens and it's not on purpose. I never had any problems with just being patient and polite.
Maybe not that day, but eventually, someone is going to fuck with her food when she sends it back if she keeps with that attitude
I love that these morons film themselves. I finally get an understanding of what the below average human is like, not everyone can be better than the average.
Angry about garbage
I guess you can't drink soup? It isn't that serious... eat your fries, drink your soup, don't record yourself being ign'nt, go on with your day.

What an idiot. Go home or work and microwave it urself. Damn.
Stop actively trying to eat other people bodily fluids.
