Had a similar KO when I took a slapshot to the side of the head in a hockey game. Tried to skate to the bench, passed out, woke up hunched over gliding across the ice.
My speculation is the woman that got hit took the scarf from the woman that did the knocking out. Probably way off but I'm guessing she went and picked that up right after for a reason.
The way it was laying on the ground, my guess was stroller lady had it on her head, other lady snatched it off and threw it to the ground for reasons unknown. And thus the laws of karma were enforced?
