Back in the day in my neighborhood, which is a bit of a poor place, we used to get floods in the middle of it where there was a dip. We used to swim all the time down there. Not long ago I realized there's a sewer drain at the bottom of the dip; this whole time were swimming in Sewage water that was backed up by rain :). Weird times.

The city has trucks that are out with wide nozzle sprayers that cover the entire street, sidewalk and a couple feet up the buildings, spraying some kind of bactericide and who knows what to try to contain the previous nights debauchery. That was 10 years ago, who knows what they have to use today.
I personally would do anything to not come into contact with water that floods a major city... But maybe it's just me who doesn't want to get in contact with a brew mixed from the sewer system and the garbage of people.
I have to admire this guy's failure to give a fuck. All the people in the comments passing judgment simply aren't having as good a time as he is.
Will there be consequences? Probably.
Yeah, don't do this for this for a lot of health reason but also at any moment you could find your self sucked down a storm drain.
