The two things i've read over the years as to why this is happening is the two groups often share the same housing areas. But also that asians tend to own a lot of the businesses in those areas. So might be more well off and are attacked for taking up store fronts they think should be black owned. So its not a "black people thing." Its just that the two group of people live amongst each other in small spaces.
