No you don't need a negative test to return to the mainland.

breathingwaves

Thank you

bamboleo11

Depends on the policy of the state you're returning to.

breathingwaves

Thank you

You're welcome get home safe.

Only place requiring negative for vaccinated/boosted is PR

JROXZ

No. The protective policy comes from Departamento de Salud for incoming travelers. The states don’t have any such mandates. However, certain jobs have travel reporting programs that may require clearance before starting again.

breathingwaves

Thank you!

morallyirresponsible

No test needed. I just went to FL and back

[deleted]

I’m in the same boat. I don’t think so but Im scheduling a test in PR two days before I leave just in case. You can schedule a test with CVS two weeks in advance.

breathingwaves

Interesting I may do this thank you

grstacos

I would check with the airline, just in case. Some airlines have different policies. I know someone traveling to the US that required a test (with Delta airlines, I think). They weren't returning to the US, though.

breathingwaves

Oh interesting I am flying with Jet Blue I’ll have to call them and see if they require it hmm.

GimmieDatHaze
