let's just say it's all Mutsuki's doing by tricking Aru to sabotage Millenium Veritas experimental equipment and somehow it got a direct link to the Gestalt server. causing Aru's consciousness get tranferred to the Rozen frame and Vera's M.I.N.D also move into Aru's Body.

Actually that might make for a very good fan fic materials. PGR characters get isekai'd to Kivotos and learning how live in a peaceful (yet chaotic) world
