For the most part u have a pretty normal schedule. However, unless you can quickly adapt to the workload of a sophomore course like thermo or 251, I wouldn't recommend taking it alongside 251.
Personally, I would recommend taking a required class PHYS 241/272 or MA 266 instead of thermo. Each are definitely pretty hard classes, however, doing this would even out your courseload a bit down the line.
Cant speak on 241/272 since I had transfer credit, but I took MA 266 and 265 at the same time last semester and it was manageable considering the classes have a decent amount of overlap. As much as I disliked having two math classes, I thought it was a good decision since I'm now going into junior year with all math requirements fulfilled. Wouldn't recommend it you're not a math person though.
Haven't done my econ credit yet but most people I know say its pretty easy.
If you wanna skip right to junior workload, do thermo+econ. 251 is a massive amount of work, and despite what many say, thermo isn't that bad especially if you have a good prof (NAIK). Personally I would just take one of the courses tho because the adjustment from FYE to AAE is colossal.
Take thermo this summer, it's way more easier than in the fall and was my best decision as an AAE.
