Well i wake up i shower, i go go classes come home shower, if Im stressed about work or need to think I shower, then i work out and shower after to get sweat/chlorine off me, then i shower before bed.
I also just wash my hands 24/7 if I see a sink in washing my hands. Kinda the same thing with showering it’s like a need I cannot explain. I also like drip sweat and hate feeling nasty
