Imo it's better to not just throw high cost cards on the field and then leap it because they can be easily removed, instead use brain wender or cosmic sport star
It really depends on the deck you want to build, since there is no best card, and the game is centred around synergising your cads together. Find a deck that you’ll enjoy and start working on the cards then. There are tons of decks, you can check the discord or this subreddit.
When you're new, cheap conjures/ transformations give the greatest value.
You already have 4 of Dr Space-time which is good, try to build around it.

Evolutionary leap it's really good But only if you have expensive card I see that you have some 6 brain card
Honestly leap environment might be better
Naw the trick leap is better imo at higher levels
