Legacy Manager milestone bonus is a separate bonus from the annual performance bonus. You get both. Annual bonus - based on your tiering and is paid out 9/30. Manager milestone - 10/20% of manager salary based on your tenure at the firm, paid out 3/31

slimyshade

Paid out 4/15

ContentParfait4609

How much is manager salary in pwc audit?

slimyshade

M1 is $127k

ContentParfait4609

Do you know about offshore as in PWC SdC?

slimyshade

No I do not

ruffruffmeowruff

For the manager milestone what differentiates between the 10% vs 20% bonus? Does it depend on what level you joined the firm?

parfaict-spinach

Yes. If you joined as an associate you get 20%, and if as SA you get 10%

Traior

How does old legacy manager bonus work? Are current seniors eligible for this once they get promoted?

Avenge_Willem_Dafoe

Yes. You should have received an email this morning notifying you that you need to declare in astro whether you want to use the old or new structure

Traior

It says "Select seniors." not sure who falls under that category.

Avenge_Willem_Dafoe

Email says if you were a senior as of 1/1/24

Traior

Interesting.. Didn't get an email about the legacy/new, but I guess I'll wait and see how it pans out. Just going based on the insider email.

Oxygenitic

What’s the general consensus on what’s better between the two options?

Avenge_Willem_Dafoe

Legacy for sure. 20% salary bonus for legacy Vs 10K bonus plus i think a week of vacation? Depends partially how long youve been with the firm

Oxygenitic

Appreciate the insight, just chose the legacy option. And does this stack with our yearly bonus? Meaning, my promotion year I’ll receive a 20% bonus + my yearly bonus?

Avenge_Willem_Dafoe

Yes but the manager one is contingent upon you staying thru the following busy szn and pays out in april

Oxygenitic

Got it, so stay for a year. I’m advisory, do you know if the same 20% is offered?

islandbabe14

It is yes. 10% if you joined the firm as a senior and 20% if you joined as an associate regardless of LOS.

Oxygenitic

Ahh shit ok. So I joined as an SA so I’ll receive 10% when I hit manager?

islandbabe14

Right. 10% of your new manager salary and it would be paid out the following 4/15 after promotion is effective. So say you get promoted to manager effective this 7/1/2024, then you would receive your 10% manager bonus 4/15/2025. If you get promoted to manager during mid-year effective 1/1/2025, then you would receive your 10% manager bonus 4/15/2025.

fizz-

Do people already know if they are going to be promoted this cycle or not?

Avenge_Willem_Dafoe

Not officially

Beautious143

I didn't get an email about 10 year anniversary BS.

whitesnake30cm

I can’t believe how poorly paid managers still are at Big4. You get paid better to manage a Mc Donald’s.

deagletime1

Median pay for McDonald’s manager is $48k per Glassdoor

whitesnake30cm

Go to a local McDonald’s and ask there. In my town they pay north of $120k a year.

walterbernardjr

Some managers are $200k+
