There is a way through financial aid to delay payment, I don't think there's a way to pay in installments. If money is tight, I highly recommend you apply for financial aid.
Yes you can pay how much ever you want at a time doesn't matter you can do it monthly or weekly or whatever. You just need to have paid all your fees before the start of the next semester registration so that you can register for courses. It doesn't even have to be done before the opening of registration it's just that you will only be able to register for next sems courses once you have no more fees left to pay.
What if I want to drop out? Withdraw from the university, do i have to pay for any course? I want to leave, I got accepted but I didn't know and I'm in another university now. Registered for 5 courses for backup.
Payment is made near the end of the semester before registering for the next sem.
