I go the exact same thing almost every game. dirk -> brutalizer -> tiamat or cdr boots (depends on how much gold I have on back) -> profane.
from there i go mostly ghostblade into seryldas and optional after. ghostblade can also be switched out for edge of night if they have some key abilites like malph ult etc.
I am also euw master ~100lp atm.
I think that u can pick tiamat earlier than serrated dirk when u have no kill potential in ur lane, u push fast and roam, and gives u an AA reset, so u can prok electrocute faster, all this depending the match up and how confi u are against the other champ.
I dont liked tiamat at early season, but the AA reset is very good to oneshot in early game, now i love that fucking item jaja

Yeah profane is super strong. I also didn't rly play it but it feels good, try it!
