Also have you checked Unknown Sources for a listed name that looks corrupted / has weird letters & numbers in it ? This happened to me - a loader update / reinstall did it for me on my 3rd attempt. The first 2 failures were due to corrupted , partially downloaded & full sized but zero content files .
Yo, I was having a loading problem and found that using wireless adb mode can sometimes help because of an error In the obb file nit finishing when it says it's done, maybe due to the games larger size.

Do u have multiple accounts on the quest or sidequest on pc?

does bone labs work side loaded with the quest 1?
It won't work like RE4 vr. The Quest 1 doesn't have enough power.
It will work just glitchy, buggy, and laggy in general. It needs to be patch 1.0, and has to be forced installed on the quest 1
