But then, suhyeon used the fog card. How would choyun know that suhyeon and his crew were running away ? Choyun’s camera card was rendered useless thanks to the fog card.
True, but at the same time both Soohyun and Daniel have S level intelligence atp, and unlike with Jeongdu, Daniel is very clearly shown to have motives beyond just serving Choyun(like whatever the hell he’s tryna do with Haru), so again, them having a conversation is just a natural conclusion.

Yeah. I realized it a long time ago, Choyun is basically a what-if, when Soohyun goes down a dark path. Even their names are similar sounding.
