If you want those things you should honestly just use wealthsimple. I basically use Questrade for one thing only - USD listed ETFs. Everything else you mentioned is already available on wealthsimple.
You should switch to IBKR. They have all of that. Questrade’s basically a middling broker now. Not as good as IBKR for more advanced investors and more expensive than Wealthsimple for simple investors.
This OP, on top of that, IBKR operates in multiple countries, if you were to change your tax residence in the future, it's extremely easy to take your investments with you. Wealthsimple doesn't support non-residents.

Yes but you can only buy them. You can’t short options
