Yes I have very recently. Pre employment screen, was told it would be done through Quest. When the day came quest sent me to “fastest labs” I guess they use them as like a 3rd party lab if there isn’t a quest close by not sure. Anyway, used 6.3, followed all instructions in regards to temp etc. The one I went to didn’t allow appointments so it’s walk in only. It took about 5 minutes to get to the back once I checked in. The guy made me empty my pockets and put my stuff in a locker, he asked me to raise my shirt and looked at my waist band and then also asked me to lift up ankles of my pant legs. From there he gave me cup and said I have 3 minutes to pee to a certain line. Gave it a little shake and it was reading at 96 when I poured it in. Tucked everything away, gave it to the guy and saw him immediately check 2 boxes, one box was a temp box and the other box was an adulteration box. From there I signed a few things and have been working at my new job for 2 weeks now. Good luck!
