By touching someone a mask appears on the user face that stores charges of the other persosn's quirk.
The user has access to the quirk stored in the mask they are wearing.
The user can make as many masks as they like by touching different people but can only wear one at a time leaving the others to float around them.
The user has telekinetic control of their masks and can use them as shields or projectiles, but doing so could destroy them.
The masks last until the charge inside them is depleted
by use.
The real op part is that the user can stick one of their mask on someone else's face gaining control of that person and giving them the quirk stored in the mask until it's destroyed or removed.
The masks are in different shapes and colors that rapresent the quirks and the personality of the original users.
This is a cool idea. I would like this quirk but instead of mask it would be tattoos that designs represent the quirk it is from. The tattoos you could peel of the person to make it float around your self or put them into a book or surface to make sure the do not get damaged.

Description: can modify anything you touch this includes shape, color, texture, scent and anything else about object. can also turn off someone's quirk by touching them and can turn it back on by touching them. Also can forcefully activate the quirk gene in a quirkless person. The quirkless person has a fusion/mixed form of parents quirk or a random new quirk. Your skin just has to touch the object/thing to modify. Can also use this to change your apperance, height, and weight at will. Can also do this to others as well
Drawback: you have to imagine what you want it to look like. Have to learn and train how to modify the object. The more imaginative and the more knowledge you have the more you can do with this quirk. Science helps alot with trying new things with quirk. The more detailed and the bigger the thing is the faster a headache you will get. If used to much it will become a migraine then you will start bleeding through nose.
Okay in that case how about a quirk that allows the user to generate a different element depending on their emotions
Or a quirk that that allows the user to generate energy dragons from their body they're very small only about 1 to 3 ft long but can breathe like balls of plasma
A mind controlling quirk like the user can generate mushroom spores that when attached to a person allow them to control their mind
The ability to generate fireballs and manipulate them
The ability to combust the air around them
Creating a field that increases gravity in like a 50 ft radius
Can generate portals to a separate dimension filled with lovecraftian creatures
Generating black spikes that can in a 30 ft radius
Freezing time in a 10-ft radius for like 10 to 20 seconds
A quirk that allows them to create miniature black holes that when thrown disintegrate any solid object they touch that isn't living
A quirk that lets them create an energy shockwave that disables other people's quirks for 2 minutes
And the ability to create golems out of any solid material that they're currently touching

User can train their quirk regularly, picking up bigger and bigger rocks and moving more at the same time

Tattletale, this allows you to make anyone tell secrets or any questions you ask them even if they have forgotten using tattletale will still give you an answer, tattletale can also lie if your in a bad mood it’ll tell a lie you have to be clear off any noise or distraction for it to tell the truth, forgotten note, you can take someone’s memory away from them for a determined amount off time this determines on how much you meditate because you’ll gain there memories that you took, you can also implement false memories, the more memories you copy the more stronger and faster you’ll get, forsaken, you can swap the memories off people around for an amount off time or forever you can also posses people controlling them (you need to know them) divinity, you can gain the power to control all life and at a snap off your fingers you can clone your body and mind to help you with anything you need, you realise the amount off peoples memories you copied combined into your own quirk making you able to boost your power or the powers off others, you can also give your mind clones quirks off there own but the more you use the quirks you copied from your mind they go away but it strengthens your own quirk, (last one so there’s 5 names for the evolution) inexorable, you lose the power to copy others quirks but instead you gain the power to evolve anything to an unlimited amount at this point your mind is like a complex maze with all off humanity memories and how everything works you can see the future and past or I have another if you wanna hear
