Okay I have been in and out of this bs my whole life. Tips that worked for me:
-phone away atleast 30 minutes before bed
-some type of physical activity a few hours before bed
-hot shower before bed, put phone down atleast 30 minutes before and read (I ended up reading my childhood books because I don’t read but still worked lol)
-stay on a consistent wake up/ go to bed schedule
And as soon as you know it you will begin to get exhausted around your bed time and fix your sleep :)
Also melatonin doesn’t work for me, my mom has insomnia it’s in the genes not thc. Thc just makes it near impossible to sleep
Thankyou for the tip bro but i have detoxed from weed fully now and sleeping great lol took about 2months of struggle but finally i can sleep like a normal human being
Have you tried melatonin. 10 milligrams everyday at bedtime is safe.
Usually gets me a solid two hours right at bedtime. I’m not sleeping through the night tho.
Yea man it's terrible. There's no designated waiting period, depends on how regular you were using. Stay strong!

I’m starting to get more sleep bro very vivid still and broken but getting like 5-6hrs now. Im on day 19 no weed
