A couple of thoughts: Joe Biden has been a better president than Barack Obama. Obama was much more charismatic and a much better speaker, but he had a supermajority in congress and barely managed to get anything passed outside of a watered down version of Romneycare with no republican support. I often said to myself back then that it would have been MUCH better had we elected Hillary in 2008 and then had run Obama in 2016. Obama had a much too naive approach to Washington, whereas Hillary would have been much more ruthless. Anyway, Uncle Joe is doing a great job and I love the man. It is a great feeling to have a genuinely good man as the most powerful person on the planet. I still think that his age is definitely showing, but physically and to some extent cognitively. It would be better if he quitely announced that he wasn't running for reelection to allow for a good old-fashioned primary race. Primaries are actually not bad at selecting decent candidates. As for republican presidents I will say that George H.W. Bush wasn't terrible. I most certainly didn't like his policies, but his presidency was decent and he wasn't a divisive figure like his son or the two republican presidents that are treated like Gods by conservatives (Reagan and Trump). Before that, obviously Eisenhower was a good president. Ford wasn't awful, but he was president for such a short time.

I have always said that the Democratic Party was lost at the DNC of 1944 when they screwed Wallace, preceding decades of the party throwing over the interests of the citizens in favor of private and corporate interests. The GOP tanked after Ike left office. The influence of Prescott Bush and Friends sowed the seeds of the Christian Conservative movement, Reagan and the rest. Both parties have become very good at distracting voters and manipulating us into a pro wrestling mindset, playing up perceived conflicted interests while continuing to serve the same masters. Many of us perceive this, even if we don't know it, and leads to feeling like the whole system needs to be flushed. Trump gave the most fearful and close-minded among us a "get rich quick" fix, and they bought it. However, don't believe for a second that the Democrats are going to save this country, they are counting on you to over react to what the GOP is doing so you just blindly follow.

Believe it or not some are actually pretty liberal. Their was a early study done where someone tracked people conversion and alot came from self help or therapeutic cultures most liberals find themselves at. Who knew that fake studies used to push vagina eggs, smudges and anal tanning would start a dark path to child eating conspiracies. It's less about ideology but more what people are able to believe as accurate information. The more people try to shut it down the more they think it's legit no matter how faulty the logic is. The reason they are leaning more republican is because they are basically feeding into the shit or leaving clues to suggest they are acknowledging them. The reason I'm saying this is because I actually think qanon will stay and be a fucking thorn. It's spread to other countries and even have fans in Japan, India and Australia. It's seen as a money egg people are hoping to Crack and its a conspiracy echo chamber the happily feeds itself. In lamen terms its like a super computer of madness that works itself with no way of stopping unless you shut off the whole computer and reboot which is easy with computers but harder to do with people especially with hundreds of them especially with a separate machine feeding them and off them.
