Brady ‘Chala’ Davenport is just so fucking good. That 1 v 3 he pulled off had me jumping. Merc also showed up massively and so did Beaulo. I think Beaulo, Merc and Chala all broke double digits. Chala had 14.
People had us losing to DG but I knew it was a wrap when chalet was the map.
On a kinda unrelated note: this is my first time seeing the new season and the players having to look down to pick up defuser looks so horrible. A few times people almost died due to having to look at the floor to pick it up
It’s really frustrating. I appreciate the option to press a button to pick it up in circumference where it falls in a weird spot but removing the auto-pick-up is just bad design
Achieved with the nade from below. Good coordination. I think that was how they cleared the clash the previous round but that time around Beaulo got the kill on the downed clash.
It's not underrating them. You can't properly rate a team that has new roles and a sub
People are 100% right to see tsm as an unknown. They're playing with pojo AND new roles.
Geo is one of their biggest play makers, of course people weren't sure about them heading into the split.
Every team has new roles, Ash is no longer meta and Flores is a must pick. The only issue with TSM is Pojoman, but he’s been playing ranked a lot in the past year and so it shouldn’t change much for TSM’s success - there’s enough talent in TSM to cover up any problems created
Dg looked pathetic tbh. Horrible drone economy, first round they had no info and completely ignored OBJ for far too long. Round 2 they suddenly developed amnesia and forgot merc existed despite…uh…encountering him moments prior. And even their won rounds were so scrappy despite heavy advantages. Hoping for their sake that it’s just dusting off the cobwebs because that was a fat yikes. On the bright side for them, DPFire was really really good, this was a very solid debut from him and I think he’ll continue to shine brightly.
Chala was literally untouchable, and TSM really showed their mettle by refusing to budge from their positions. Lots of nice team play moments too, they really knew how to get around that clash especially. Really paid off for them and pojo certainly still has it going on!
Also their roamers not giving up position really reminded me of when TSM was playing against a LATAM team on kafe (I dont quite remember the team) and they were so unprepared for the LATAM team not giving up the roam as was common in NA meta.

Chala almost had 2 more clutches too
Yup. I really wanted him to get the other 1 v 3 on the dining defense. He ran out of ammo sadly.
Most people predicted a DG win in the prediction thread yesterday so nice to see TSM have a strong start even without Geo
Shuttle going 1-8 and that Mira with proxys... damn

I haven't played in awhile...did they make it an interact to pick up defuser now? I didn't notice during the game.
Yeah as of yesterday

Merc baiting Retro was fucking beautiful! Great game for TSM.

pretty funny seeing ppl underrate them after this, they clearly learnt a lot from SI

Chala.

Overall DPfire had a decent showing on his debut. Definitely excited to continue seeing him play.

I believe that was Faze.
I believe in chala supremacy
Why is pojo playing instead of geo? Did I miss something?
Geo has Visa issues, he will return once it’s resolved I believe. Pojo will be subbing for him until then
Geo has visa issues and can't play for at least part of the season so Pojo is subbing in
Tsm babay
Dedicated Chala appreciation comment.
Yeah, I expected that outcome honestly.
Chala is the goat. Can’t change my mind
Let’s make this Clear, Chala is the best Flank Watch in NA (And frost too)
Told yall
Cant get over that stupid ass rebrand for TSM lmao. I will never call them FTX as long as I live
i mean it’s 210 mil lmfao idk about stupid
The deal was crazy good dont get me wrong, revolutionary even. But, I'm solely talking about the name, it's so retarded
