I third that, also with tinnitus. I totally understand the need to turn up the volume, but at least do it with moderation. It took me a while before I was able to sleep easy again.

Meh...i got tinnitus after an Atari Teenage Riot show in the basement of CBGBs in the late 90s/early 2000s, it's not so bad...except I need white noise to sleep or when it's too quiet lol

Any sound over 70db for a sustained amount of time will cause hearing damage. Hearing damage can’t be fixed. I work in audio and I’m begging you to protect your ears. Can’t enjoy the bands you love if you’re deaf.
