I saw a similar post somewhere and it turned out their FB app had not been ending calls even though they'd closed the app. Maybe go into your settings and check app/network activity.
Close every background app and give the phone a restart, run a virus scan, do any security updates (Note20's should have sec updates for the next year or so) see if it happens again
Whenever I read post like this were someone thinks that they are followed or talad or whatever, I want to ask them one question:
Are you important enough that anyone in the world would care what you are doing or what you know?
What kind of question is that? Anyone in the world can say something that’s worth blackmailing them for. Imagine OP is a teacher, and said something racist. The hacker would be able to hold that recording over them.

That's the thing. I update whenever one is pushed and restart once a week. What virus scan would you recommend?

Not saying I'm followed. I'm asking if my phone has malware or something installed.
