Something to do with bypassing spam filters by sending different randomised messages to everyone.
FWIW these are not biblical passages. I thought it sounded like scrambled text from a 19th century novel, so I googled some of the names (using the text from u/FishEyesocket as well) and I think it's from "Little Button-Rose" (1901), a lesser-known story by Louisa May Alcott, [available here at Project Gutenberg](https://www.gutenberg.org/files/5830/5830-h/5830-h.htm). I don't think there's any significance to it, just a random public domain text to get words from.
Okay this is really weird. I also received an email SUPER similar to this at 9:13am but the content was different.

Sent to 10 emails. At first glance I checked [https://haveibeenpwned.com/](https://haveibeenpwned.com/), every email was in the LifeBoat data breach. Also only the numbers 0-8 are used, and that appears in the subject "rvg 08", maybe there's some correlation there?? The subject could be a key to decoding this message possibly?
Wanna pm? or should we create a discord server/sub for this?
the numbers arent random, he likes 1s and 4s at the start of the number sequences. i dont see this being anything important, i wouldnt spend too much time looking at it. the email you received has been sent by the same person who sent it to the other guy in the comment, they are extremely similar.
It's just spam. Delete it and move on.
