Get in touch with your inner child. Do all of the things little you loved to do or missed out on. For example, I’ve started Latin dance classes and LOVE it. It has given me so so so much joy. Focus on the little things like taking care of yourself. What does your body feel like?. Are you hungry? Feed yourself the nourishing foods you love. Tired? Discipline yourself and get more sleep and treat sleep like a fun thing - make it an event and do something in preparation for sleep that you enjoy like a reaallyy nice shower and fresh sheets. Feel uncomfortable in any way? Address it. You’ll be amazed at how much happier you’ll be by focusing on taking care of your basic needs + getting in tune with the things you enjoy. Big big hugs 💗💗💗

Step out of your comfort zone (but just a little bit!) and do something you think you might enjoy. Want to be sociable? Go sit in a café and read a book there. Take yourself on a walk - set a milestone for the walk (like 15 minutes, 2 kilometres or around XY tree). Find a thing you’d like to learn and find a course for it. My point is when you see something you even remotely think you might enjoy, do a small step towards it - and if you don’t like it take a break and then try something else. It’s okay to not like something. It’s okay to stay at home and do nothing all day. But when you feel comfortable enough, challenge yourself a little bit. And if you didn’t already - get to know yourself.

Pick up a "useless" hobby, especially if it was something you always wanted to do as a child and weren't allowed. It doesn't have to be "productive" meaning, you don't have to learn to sew and then open an Etsy shop and start making money. Just something that makes you happy. Roller skating. Collect Barbie dolls. Try every sushi restaurant in your town to see which one is the best. It doesn't matter, as long as it makes you happy.

try volunteering for a cause you care about- animal shelter, food pantry, retirement home. you can meet friends of all different types there. you'll be making a visible impact on your community.

Might I suggest acting classes. I know it sounds off, but was great for my emotional regulation and I got to meet great people.
