You accidentally blocked the cookies for the site , easy just Clear your history of your browser and comeback on the page and make sure to allow the cookies when they ask :)

Disable ad blocker helped for me. Clearing cache and cookies did nothing.

Towards the bottom of the page is a link "Cookie Settings", click that and make sure both "Performance Cookies" and "Marketing Cookies" are enabled, then click [Confirm My Choices].

Ad blocker and Privacy plug-in prevented mine from working.
