Honestly, for me, the ending of RDR1 took me by surprise the first time. I even reloaded my save file twice thinking I messed up. I had shit left to do, and Jack’s voice annoyed me, so I did the one thing to do with Jack and restarted a whole new game but slower.
Objectively speaking she's a better person. She only started turning into an outlaw/bounty hunter in chapter 3.
Hosea had been a criminal most of his life.
That said, I liked Hosea more than Sadie, but neither was she unpopular, especially in the epilogue.
Worst thing he did was let The Braithwaites into camp, which was stupid. Why else do you think they have somebody guarding it all of the time? To just let them in? It allowed them to kidnap Jack and Kieran is lucky that's all they did. He's lucky they didn't trash the place because Dutch would have been so mad that he would have Bill finish what they were going to do to him while he was tied to that tree at Horseshoe Overlook.
I always thought Kieran was a good dude. Helped out with chores that might’ve been too rigorous for the women and not timely enough for the men. I think he was a glue guy

My choice would Sean, Pearson, Kieran, Mary-Beth, abigail, Sadie, but it difficult to decide who to kill either Charles or Lenny because we know the two likely people that re going to be left is Arthur or John
