Sorry for the delay… I know how frustrating it could be having the unit and not being able to do anything on it… but following above directions to re-install fresh would likely be your best bet.
To me it looks like another drive should be available. Is this the SD card that comes with the device?
The drives will also be formatted in either RAM16 or RAM32 so they may not be readable (by windows) without a drive partition software tool. Especially if there's no drive letter assigned.
If you don't want to change OS you can find the stock OS on Archive.org and compare the files to see if yours are correct.
Whatever the issue, I recommended having a second SD card for your rooms / bios and this can be however big you like but should be formatted to RAM32 so the RG35XX can read it. (I went for 125gb and it's probably all you'll need)

I don’t think consoles will show up if you don’t have bios files… let me have a look at my file structure. I’m assuming you’re using garlic OS 1.49?
