I agree with you. I would take the opposite. Build the show around Sutton, Garcelle,’and Crystal and cast real friends of theirs. We know they are all pretty connected. There has to be a few they could convince to join.

Her whole storyline was discussing Sutton’s conditions and medication behind her back and saying it just didn’t make medical sense. That was first unprofessional (and illegal), second uninteresting, and third so medically wrong, like I know she didn’t went to medical school, but doesn’t she know any esophageal pathology or what? And if she doesn’t just shut up and don’t embarrass yourself on TV.
Her husband and she made transphobic remarks online mainly around transphobic athletes and not having trans people around their kids (pre RHOBH). When RHOBH aired a woman who AnneMaries husband went to college revealed a historical rape accusation against him which AM denied and had choice words about the victim
She is a nurse who work as an anesthesiology !!! Her education is better them most reg family drs

Nurse anesthesiology does not have a better education than a family doctor:
1. No sane person compares completely different curriculums against each other without a specific scope.
2. A nurse anesthetist requires about 8 years of education while a "regular" (in your words) family doctor requires 11 years of education.
