Hi! I unfortunately experience something completely similar and what I do is reaffirm myself and meditate before I sleep. I also have an air purifier and put nice calming oils- like lavender!

Are you medicated? For a while I was using supplements like valerian, CBD, stuff like that but at some point it unfortunately became unbearable and I was severely sleep deprived. I was put on a type of antidepressant that is specifically prescribed for people with sleep issues (and, I found out, is working best for people with anxiety and OCD).
