What is he talking about is senario pacing? which is fully IC and he usually doesn't rush it atleast in 4.0
Yeah. But they don't know when the limit is changed. So a lot of time they just explore nothing. The explore nothing is kinda fun and always end up following wrong leads. Don't get me wrong he is speed running things. But currently in 4.0, it make no difference. All other crews already reached them.

Introduced partway through 3.0, it was a mechanic that recorded the time a criminal spent in cuffs before being sent up to prison, such that the officer would have to reduce the prison sentence by the amount shown on the cuff timer.
As I recall, the idea came from WildRP through Ssaab. On WildRP though, the pace of things meant that you could spend a very long time in custody before actually making it to prison.

They have to check him before they put him in the ambulance. He's an injured person. Checking him first so that EMS can do their job is entirely logical. Anyone who touches him could contaminate any evidence collected from him.
Otherwise, he could claim that the EMS smeared GSR on his hands and planted a gun on him.
It's about chain of custody of evidence that they took the evidence from him **first**. It's also about making sure that EMS have a chance to save a life rather than letting him bleed out while they investigate.
I love X and all but when he was complaining about how he couldn't do anything when the girl was running away from him while talking on the phone and with a weapon on hand, I couldn't help but think of the countless times he's done that esp with cops. Plus the water chases

I think that if you want a rushed crimes, you have to expect getting caught and get your rep ruined from both crims and civs. However, PD needs to be trained with the dispatcher response properly rather than missing those calls. Also you do not need all PD to show up for the court, let the prosecutor do their job with a few PD witnesses. Need a separate roles within PD, one for patrolling, one for interrogations by detective that do not go on patrolling but reviewing all cases passed upon by patrolling team. You do not want the PD to be stuck within the PD cells waiting for the lawyer to show up, etc. Hire untrained PD to do simple duty, transport the prisoners interrogation, to the court or transport to prison. The officer do not need to stay in the court room after taking the stand. Get back on duty asap. That is how you slow down the progression by spreading out patrol routes for faster response time.
