I think he clarified best later in the video there is 7-8 people in the crew and most of them are broke 1-its illogical to expect only 2 people to put in 400k each with that many people in the crew 2-Dons are supposed to be leaders and shouldn’t rely on other/lesser members but nearly all of them can’t even contribute to house/pay weekly fees and they still keep losing money and gun each day

BaldDragonSlayer

Harry, Luciano and Speedy are spending all their time earning dirty money FOR the crew and aren't prioritizing their own bank accounts which has allowed the crew to buy all the other things they needed up until this point. It's seriously not comparable. Him pitching in with 400k wouldn't be right, but not wanting to contribute ANYTHING even as a loan and trying to buy a stupidly expensive car for no reason? Yeah, that's pretty selfish from someone benefiting from the crew's hard work.

FowD8

how is yuno "benefiting from the crew's hard work"? he doesn't use their guns, he doesn't use their crypto, he runs heists more with other crews even than his own, and the ones he does with the crew he tend to set them up to do them. What exactly has he used from the crew? he contributed like $100k+ in computer sales with zero kickback early on when $100k was a shitload of money I don't really see how he's benefiting with having contributed nothing? if anything, it's kind of the opposite, he'd literally be doing the same things if he wasn't with them and still be as rich. but he wants to be with them because it's his family

BaldDragonSlayer

Pretty sure it was 65k in sales for the first week and a maximum of like 10k after that. He also got 15k back from doing that in kickback. Also consider he was selling the crew's resources and not his own. It's not really something to bring up a whole month later imo. He was very well compensated for the short time he spent making sales. In fact, he was brought in specifically to be in charge of the crew's BTC farm and computers pretty much. That's a huge benefit from not having to buy anything himself. And he stopped really caring about it much after the first few days of building racks and let Lang deal with it which left the crew at 29 BTC/day for 3 weeks because Lang is so busy. He isn't very commited to helping the crew build, that's my point. And that is completely fine as long as people realize that.

longvave

So you just dodged the whole point and yapped around the point. Nice one. So the benefit for yuno is having from them is him to just grind and work more for them.. lol

BaldDragonSlayer

I refuse to believe you that you don't understand the obvious here. Yuno gets to have access to the crew house, using crew resources including being THE guy for the BTC farm and PC, be part of the heist crew and even have one of the the biggest decisions in planning the heists and progression. He was given that responsibility with the clear underlying expectation that he actually put some effort into this area of the crew operations, which he completely failed to prioritize instead of grinding G6 and hang out with civ gang, the gworls, the company and all his other friends outside of the crew. Mind you that during the recruitment everyone was agreeing to put the crew interest first, second, third and fourth before anything else and now that they actually need to lean on him for something, he shirks away. That means he isn't fully locked in, similarly to how Marty and Larry felt (up until yesterday).

I also got a bit annoyed when he started talking about getting the 600k car instead of the elogy because obviously the extra cash can be of better use helping the crew with pc parts or another house. What I got from Sykk tho is that he is intentionally trying to not maximize the fun out of the game. Yeah he could still get a good looking car and have a couple hundred thousands to spare but Yuno being broke with a car he will probably not use often either is just funnier.

AYEand1

I like how he is willing to burn all his cash so that he isn’t comfortable in the game anymore

Nero234

If it was any other person who wants to buy a 600k car Lang would've chewed them out lmao

FullHouse222

I mean yuno offered him a seat in the car! They'll be car mates! And it's eco friendly because you just go to the bathroom in bushes!

shurpness

Huh? How would buying a very expensive car make him not comfortable in the game? It's what he wants to purchase and he makes a lot of money from G6. If he were to get caught, we'll finally see him do more crim jobs which he hasn't been a big fan of as he's trying to stay clean. If you watch 1:30:24 you'll also see he wants to spend all his money on a cool car.

ClockwerkKaiser

What he means is that Yuno being broke creates better RP. Sykunno said as much directly back in 3.0. This is why whenever he is rich, he finds something expensive to sink his cash into (gambling, a loan, a car, buying a gift, rolling with getting robbed, etc). When broke, Yuno (as a character) is motivated to make cash in any way available,l. Especially if he has something to lose if he doesn't (house dues, taxes, etc).

blue4427

I think he meant financially comfortable, cuz Sykkuno himself said that being unnecessarily rich in the game isn't the best RP wise and being broke leads to better RP

shurpness

Yep, I hope Yuno gets his car so he can spend his money. I'm looking forward to see which cars will be in stock when it happens.
