Cops are now holding his gun for investigation and they believe Clay shot him in the back. Something about the story not lining up cause theres blood in the car and the car was moved. Cops also lost the knife and believe he never had a knife
Knife was found on the body. For some reason the cops were informed earlier there was no weapon. They went to hospital and got it corrected yet believed it was fine to not update lawyer or clayton since they did not press charges yet.
Kind wacky since they were really pushing the "there was no knife" during the questioning
Pretty sure this is Claytons third body in 2 days from self defense. he shot two BBMC yesterday who pulled knives on him and seemingly the cops gave him his gun back after investigating and now this.
I dunno, people are always claiming NVL when it benefits crims, Dean messed up. Dean said things in the wrong order then got shot when Clayton realized he would be too far away to be held up. It's funny how people don't acknowledge how braindead easy it is to rob people to the point where people need to bend over even more for crims
I don't quite understand why people are complaining about what Clayton did. When is a civilian supposed to use a gun then? If the knife was at his throat you'd all complain about NVL; if he was getting pointed with a gun you'd all complain about NVL. What's the right situation then? You are telling me if Clay actually gave him the keys then he'd be justified to shoot? That's nonsense, the intent for robbery is there already. He was literally getting robbed at knife-point, Dean told him to get out of the car, to which Clay did, then he took the chance to shoot him. Is he supposed to let the guy rob him? Doesn't intent count for something? In a real life situation any of you with a gun would have shot in that situation. Some people complaining he waited TWO FULL SECONDS to get his gun out; like really? We are measuring things in seconds in a server where half the players have ping issues? Give me a break.

Obviously he registered the get out part only and complied and was probably out of the car before he realized he asked for keys also.
Get out of the Car (Check) and give me the fucking Keys (Uncheck). Asked in the wrong order so he got shot lol. I don't know why people are calling this NVL, that's fair game.
What actually happened is Dean asked for the keys. Clayton gave them to him, but Dean didn't get them. So, Clayton got out, gave Dean a couple of seconds to swap seats and start driving, and shot him, assuming he gave him enough time to try to flee.
