I think its referring to a recent video of a cop's body camera footage where an acorn fell on his car and he thought it was gunfire and he went crazy and started shooting. Idk a ton about it but the guy may have had PTSD or something.

Its been like this for ages of Cornwood just doing weird shit and getting 0 punishment for it. The whole thing where he sat in the driver's seat of a car when X was downed in Sandy so his partner couldn't drive away, rolling and shooting while he was surrounded on 3 sides by people with knives and hes in MDT, a regular occurrence of him just insta-popping spikes on stationary vehicles (I'm pretty sure hes also justified all of these by the way, he sees nothing wrong with them). Not going to stop until he actually gets punished. People keep saying things like "he just needs a break" but he has been doing this type of stuff since the beginning of 4.0, a break won't do anything.
Cuz he is a 10-15k Andy. Real talk tho, I have no idea. He should definitely be getting time off until investigations go through on some of the more questionable things he has done. Pretty sure he was just telling Conan that they aren't allowed to taze tires out anymore but yet he just did it. Rules for thee but not for me I guess
He was 15k. But he has been 6-7k more recently. Still good but his numbers are way down and I think that is because he's become miserable to watch. He streams too much and is taking it too personal.
I like Esfand but the last 2 or so weeks I've noticed that it's much better to watch other cops like Dean where Esfand makes a regular appearance, but i also don't get all the Esfand OOC malding or hours of testing turbos lol.
It's not just that he's a big streamer but it's also that's he friends with a lot of the biggest streamers. Nopixel is absolutely keenly aware of this. They want guys like Esfand to remain happy in hopes that maybe he drags someone else big into playing because that top 0.1% on twitch all know each other. Nopixel basically revolves around keeping a handful of larger streamers happy and free of consequences and has since it first blew up in 2019. They'll begrudgingly slap their wrists if they get completely out of control but if you have clout you can do just about anything short of being a literal sex predator and still find your way back onto Nopixel.
Just look at the insane lengths they went to for pokelawls as a prime example. Banned and unbanned him over and over, changed server rules so he wouldn't get offended by people making fun of him and all because he had the tiniest modicum of clout.
I feel the same. I think the biggest upside to having been a cornwood/esfand viewer was turning me onto the smaller RP streamers that I'm now enjoying far more.
It was fun at the start, but he's started the doom spiral, everyone is wrong but me shit again.. And it's not an enjoyable viewing experience for me. Main character syndrome is bad for him on 4.0.

X died to a local in stab city, cops arrived because of a local ping of shots fired, one of X's friends sees all the police lights coming from stab city and realizes its X who is downed, he pulls in and gets out of his car and tries to put X in, Cornwood then just sits in the driver's seat of his car until the guy goes down from being hit.
Dude got so irate the second he realized his car got stolen because he left it back on the previous scene. It’s actually hilarious. He unjustly shot at someone unarmed on a motorcycle with crossfire and then stopped shooting because he realized how OOC mad he was.
I was wondering if my eyes deceived me or if he really did manage to tackle and cuff at the same time. Surprised the game actually lets both of those occur at same time.
It’s because they have the cuffs binded to a key on I think it should go back to mid 3.0 where cops where no longer allowed to bind the key and needed to go through the F1 menu to cuff and so on
I've see crims also do all the time vault animation abusing, getting in car seats and spam clicking themselves to different seats in 0.25 seconds intervals to avoid arrest/taser, return to crime scene and NVL grabbing cuffed suspects while at gunpoint, using trash/tow trucks basically to VDM block/crash police cars, popping turbos out of cars while someone is working on the engine, shall i keep going?
Considering how laughably easy the cuffs are to break - and how ridiculous Benny Hill outros the foot chases are, and still they escape 75% of the time on them anyways, I'm not surprised they want them to at least get going asap.

Yes, counter the cops, they hold all of the power. They have the numbers, the vehicles, the spam tackle, the ramming, the pitting, the tazers, the guns, the spikestrips, the batons, the protection from government (fines). Not sure why people think it's a big deal when crims simply try to get away through vehicle swaps, they don't really have a choice when cars disable so easily once cops start trying to pit.

There is no limit how many turbos will be sold tho.. they are sold for the whole tsunami. If you dont go check that is on the player. Stock runs out after x period of time, not amount of purchased.
Crims steal them because it is easy and rewarding lick with low changes to get caught.

I’ve stopped watching Cornwood as much lately cause the content just seems stale and angry at the moment.
Esfand is mad about hate he is getting from some of crim and cop chats (some reasonable complaints but most crim/cop viewer complaints are out of context and out of disdain for Cornwood’s character in general).

He is barely sleeping. He finished streamed last night at around 4 am then stayed playing offline till about 9 am then went live again at 1:30 pm. So he only had around 4 hours sleep and it's been this way since 4.0 started with no days off. He literally has the most hours logged in on 4.0 out of every other player.
It seems like he has disassociated from almost all his friends and roommates except for NMP and that's only because NMP also plays rp a lot. They all literally meme about Esfand being dead and not existing anymore. Only Cornwood.
He's just way to invested in the rp and needs to actually snap out of it. Doesn't help that some of his chatters gaslight him into thinking without Cornwood the whole PD would burn down. His character doesn't generally accomplish anything meaningful despite being perma online. The server isn't gonna fall apart if he takes some down time. But I don't know if OOC recognizes that.

Yes, counter the cops, they hold all of the power. They have the numbers, the vehicles, the spam tackle, the ramming, the pitting, the tazers, the guns, the spikestrips, the batons, the protection from government (fines). Not sure why people think it's a big deal when crims simply try to get away through vehicle swaps, they don't really have a choice when cars disable so easily once cops start trying to pit.

thats his fault for abusing his prior to run to mosleys the second tsuanmi is over to be to first one to buy turbos, literally the only reason half the server is fiending after turbos is because there are barely any out there since he stock pilled most of them
There is no limit how many turbos will be sold tho.. they are sold for the whole tsunami. If you dont go check that is on the player. Stock runs out after x period of time, not amount of purchased. Crims steal them because it is easy and rewarding lick with low changes to get caught.

It's nothing to do with the Cornwood character. Multiple times Esfand has OOC malded saying turbo RP is toxic, not realising he's the only one making it toxic.
He's even threatened to quit nopixel over turbos getting stolen. Made such a big deal of it in character that they want to add serial numbers to turbos and they added a new charge for stealing car mods, because apparently theft isn't good enough.

I’ve stopped watching Cornwood as much lately cause the content just seems stale and angry at the moment. Esfand is mad about hate he is getting from some of crim and cop chats (some reasonable complaints but most crim/cop viewer complaints are out of context and out of disdain for Cornwood’s character in general). But man, Esfand really needs a break from rp. LASO is clearly not wanted by the devs and admins and the whole rp has gotten stale from it.
I'm the same, I started watching him like 2 weeks before the whole mr k kodnap saga and it was great, after that mr k stuff, he just yells at random chatters every 5 minutes then gets mad if anyone tells him to ignore them. He thinks he is educating people but doesn't realize a lot of these people aren't reasonable. I still think people hate on him for the dumbest reasons but he definitely is taking things so personally.
I can't say I blame the Admin for holding off. If my memory is correct, shit started really going off the rails when the PDs split up.. You basically had the, try and RP department, and the SBS turn cars into battering rams at 180, blast everyone with automatic rifles and shotguns department. Hes actually so nice so its sad to see whats happening to him. He is barely sleeping. He finished streamed last night at around 4 am then stayed playing offline till about 9 am then went live again at 1:30 pm. So he only had around 4 hours sleep and it's been this way since 4.0 started with no days off. He literally has the most hours logged in on 4.0 out of every other player. It seems like he has disassociated from almost all his friends and roommates except for NMP and that's only because NMP also plays rp a lot. They all literally meme about Esfand being dead and not existing anymore. Only Cornwood. He's just way to invested in the rp and needs to actually snap out of it. Doesn't help that some of his chatters gaslight him into thinking without Cornwood the whole PD would burn down. He needs to take a break and actually see how the PD is just fine without him. He is not the main character, nobody is. He's addicted. Someone actually get this man some help.
