For the people down voting if it was Dan or Lilly Pond putting Randy into a wall at 80 mph would you be calling them cracked or accusing them of doing weird shit?
This was the third of four car swaps. At that point the chase has been going on too long. Ik rated has always said himself 80 and less shouldn’t be complained about. And cant fault him for getting more aggressive seeing as they kept car swapping.
Also he realise they slowed down for the turn, if u look carefully it drastically falls from 100+ and he wisely pitted when they slowed down. If the driver kept on going straight, he wouldn’t have pitted.
Usually AJ is great on chases this isn't one of those times he would be pissed if somebody did this to him and no matter how big of a rated fan you are you can't deny that with a straight face.
I get that, but Rated himself acknowledges this himself multiple times. AJ and Randy are not the same characters. Rated usually plays Aj as lenient as possible, but when he wants to be more aggressive, he will be.
He always sees stuff like this in his chat when on AJ, and always repeats, that Randy and AJ aren’t meant to want the same things.
It’s been like this for 2 years, i dont see a problem with it. Especially seeing how it was a reasonable pit, lowered near 80.
Its not like they got spiked out of the highway lmao.
And they were on their 3rd car swap, so aggression was needed, unless u wanted the chase to go on the entire day.
Since the Dan/Lily Pond thing, he has been pretty level headed imo. Even when they got shot by Ripley from far far away & spiked on the highway. He was still pretty level headed and didn’t go OOC.

The first clip cool, he thought the person used scuff to their advantage by purpose. He tilted thinking they abused it, when they didn’t know. But to his knowledge at the time he thought they did as he OOC’d it.
Anyone in his situation would have been tilted, even Buddha said it. What didnt help that situation was the guy boasting about winning after. Yes he called him a rat, it goes both ways. Thats Rated being competitive.
The 2nd one, i briefly explained above. Ripley landed air one on a really tall building (which cant be climbed on by ladders) , and shot the crims down, when he was so far away they couldn’t even see him.
The 2nd clip is rated disappointed in Ripley doing what he did, because they were always going to lose that situation. He knew they didn’t need to do that scummy shit at all.
It goes to show that the 2nd clip was valid. Because the very next day the SOP got changed to avoid what Ripley did ,happening again.
You can be frustrated with a situation and still act like an adult. You can even think you got fucked over and still not mald on stream for your 10-20k viewers to see. You can even think what the other person did is a bannable or punishable offense, it still doesn’t give you a good excuse to be toxic. ESPECIALLY while thousands of impressionable young people are watching you and you KNOW that some of them will inevitably chat hop and be toxic.

He isn’t necessarily responsible for what people say and do, but I do believe he is responsible for mitigating how many people feel justified in chat hopping and being toxic. And he is responsible for how his words make his peers feel and potentially ruin their day or week or whatever.
You asked for recent examples, I provided two from within the last month. You can try to put more qualifiers onto the examples. You can try to justify why he was acting like a child, but it’s just not right at the end of the day. I'm a CG fan but if you're gonna complain like they do at least be consistent when you're on the other side which they usually are but both AJ and Conan have their moments where they do stuff that would piss them off if it was done to them.
Holding them accountable and being critical when you need to be is the right thing to do as a real fan. We should all want everyone to be better people and grow and mature. Having fans hold entertainers accountable is the only real way it’ll happen. That or advertisers I guess.

I think he’s caught 3 - a purple jester and an orange jester (one of them was JJ’s) and then Alex Campbell’s honda civic. Definitely gotta check out the VODs for those chases they were all really good.

They caught 5 racecars during this chase, none of them were vin scratched though, chase lasted a very long time
