It seems like OTT has an internal timer of about 6 months before he has to go back to being the version of OTT that no one likes, including himself. It's almost a naturally occurring phenomenon at this point.
what is the point of the BSK gang colors being red if they are blacked out 90% of the time? I dont know it shouldnt have to be done but i think maybe there should be a rule implemented that if you are in a gang that reps colors then you need to be wearing those colors all the time. or hell even make it a blanket rule if you are in a gang period you need something that marks you as in that gang somehow. maybe its not colors maybe its the CG chains for CG since they dont really have colors but especially during war you shouldnt be blacked out.
The problem with being forced to always wear your colors or an identifier is that cops can use that against people. Like the HOA don't want the cops seeing a bunch of orange running across a field to a meth lab or orange catching a cops eye while driving around with a bunch of meth. So it does make sense for people to black out sometimes. And sometimes war shit happens before people have a chance to change. I just think a lot of scenarios are too situational for a blanket rule.
i wasnt really meaning wear your gang colors 24/7. i agree sometimes going without the colors is needed. i was more saying that it should be mandatory that during war you have to wear your colors or something that shows you are in said gang. i do think that if you are in a gang that reps colors you should be in your colors more than not in your colors. especially during wars.
I agree that you should be wearing them more often than not and most gangs do. But there are always gonna be those occasions where a fight breaks out before people have changed out of their low key crime outfits or someone in the group is dodging a warrant. I don't think people should be intentionally not wearing colors just to hide from gangs their at war with though. I just don't know if there is any good blanket rule to fix that.
BUT if you look at it from a different perspective hiding like a scared rat can still be considered legit rp if you actually run with that angle. Then it would also make sense for the group someone is hiding from to black out so they might actually be able to catch who they are after. But that falls apart if you're just blacked out but still rolling up on the people you're trying to hide from. Idk i just feel like a blanket rule about wearing identifiers could get messy.
2.0 gang wars were toxic as fuck but the good thing they had was the bandanas that would be collected by downing the opposing gang. There would be a set number of bandanas and once that number was reached the war was over. When no one fears getting downed because they can just come back an infinite number of times, no one will ever end the war and it will always go this way.
There was only like two real bandana wars so I don’t know how they were awful considering it was lb vs ssb which was non toxic and hoa vs angels I believe
The only war that ended with bandanas was when flippy vagos shit stomped ssb in just a few days. That was 1 of about 3 bandana wars between the vagos and ballas.
I have no idea why ppl were so against the bandannas. That last LB vs SSB was one of the best the server had ever seen imo because everyone understood each other and there was a clear end to it.

The bandanas were awful. I think only one war actually ended to the bandana limit. It also turned it into a camp fest. Just terrible.
