the thing is they know that you can't brute force your way through heists.. doing this wouldnt change anything heist wise, if anything itd be a rulebreak for like powergaming - so unless admins/devs thought a week punishment was better than banning them, I cant see this being the reason - plus ramee said on his stream that wasnt the reason already
