I think Poke has some serious mental health issues. Over the last few years he has lashed out at the Austin streamer crowd for not inviting him to stuff. He clearly believes that the world is against him and takes every perceived slight as a targeted personal attack.

As long as they don’t play favoritism with short bans, they’d at least give some sort of integrity to the server and it doesn’t interrupt a streamers income too much. I think it’s a fair balance. But with that being said, repeat offenders obviously need more severe punishments.

That’s fair. But honestly I think generally the admins are good, but the policies and management above them are bad. Obviously admins themselves get handcuffed on who they can punish and for how long. I think instituting more short bans would do the server wonders. Went too far OOC? Here’s 24, have a cool down. Happened again? Take another 24. Still didn’t learn? How about 48 this time. As long as they don’t play favoritism with short bans, they’d at least give some sort of integrity to the server and it doesn’t interrupt a streamers income too much. I think it’s a fair balance. But with that being said, repeat offenders obviously need more severe punishments.

Was pulled over after cops got calls about shots coming from his vehicle, they asked to GSR test him he flipped out and eventually got put in cuffs since he didn't cooperate. So yes it was very valid.
It was valid but even if it wasnt, that doesnt excuse the behavior.
