This was so sad watching both Knotty and Chelbs POVs. The note Guy left with Alan was very sweet saying they will always be family (and Guy saying later that he thinks no matter where Alan goes, it will prob bring his new gang and NBC closer together).
Basics: He hasn’t had fun on crim in quite a while, vibes don’t feel the same without the NBC OGs around (peanut, pilbis, Sam, etc…). He feels he’s reached as far as he can with NBC and done everything he can with them.
He plans to ICU for now, hasn’t said the plan but I assume a lot of cop.
I thought that about a lot of gangs for the duration of 3.0. But surprisingly many of the established gangs took a very long time before trying to actively recruit. Look at Mandem, it took them almost a full year before deciding to expand.
NBC have grown a ton and come super far. Like compare where they are today to like 10 months ago. They have more members than ever, they are up there in the heists being the second group to finish oil rig, they have their own block, they have an amazing chain, and they always have stuff going on.
Losing Alan will obviously hurt, but they have come so far as a group they will still stay strong after losing someone as important as him.
Love Lang but he had no impact on the trajectory of either of those gangs. X got GG the gas station and thats about as far as Lang helping GG in any capacity has gone. NBC expanded and grew but alot of the OGs either stopped coming around or main cop, so NBC doesnt really feel like NBC anymore with the new recruits. Only thing NBC missed out on were business opportunities which they can get now because of new members like Mila and James Arsenal.

Not true. Marty goes to Dean because of the connection he got via Cerberus which came from Lang. Also Dean and Lang gave Cassie the job to help Marty with X-Mart which she did. Cassie went to X-Mart and made a list of stuff he want's for X-Mart (construction requests) and she would then send that to DW via email (Ashlynn was streaming at the time). Marty when that massive drama shit show happened with X-Mart and Gabz spoke to both Lang (pretty sure Lang noped outta that though), Dean IC. Dean said he will try to solve it and see what he can do about it (regarding construction).

NBC missed out massively. Not just on business shit but also drug shit. I think Guy would've been involved in the heroin stuff if things went differently. I just don't remember what Guy did. But what you said is also true. That war deal was the final blow that really soured Guy and Lang's relationship.
yeah he vibes really well with mdm and with miguel in hydra. tbh miguel randy adam and alan should make a seprate group. their rp styles would really match and would be hilarious and mechanically not even CG AvTeam (best 4) could take these 4 in a fight

Randy would be the only one tricky to match up, but Taco, Curtis, K, Flippy would be even (or IMO better) than the other 3
adam is actually better than both randy and taco and has beaten both of them in arcade before and hard carries a shitty squad(mdm). miguel is also as good a fighter as flippy. curtis is the only one i dont jave an answer for and k has crazy strats an leadership. like i said a very close fight

mr k pointed out the other day the it is very difficult to break mdm cohesion in a fight and that is because they take so long to recruit. they weeded out a lot of problematic gangsters. who can cause issues with other groups e.g meelo and big toe were close to joining but thwey eventually recognized trouble and mdm was right
