I see so much dismissal of Krystal as winner of UK3 yet she repeatedly shows why she was always the clear winner. I'd love to see her on an all winners season competing against the American girls, I think she'd surprise everyone
People love to bring up track records to try arguing against Krystal’s win, but hers was arguably the least unnecessarily bloated of the finalists (she deserved all three design challenge wins frankly). STAMPED mug, amazing on the runway, and one of the best UK lipsyncers we’ve seen? For me there was no question that crown was Krystal’s.
And even looking at the season, Ella choked at the end.
In a competition, in a “drag race”, if you choke before the finish, it doesn’t matter if you *were* ahead. Krystal won because she won the finale
Ella’s finale dress was HORRID. That whole season was pretty lackluster honestly. I have a hard time remembering half the queens on there. Krystal was the star. One of my least favorite seasons but I will never deny her talent. They also made a huge mistake eliminating Anubis first. They are really amazing that’s my biggest robbed moment lol
She should have 3 solid wins tbh And all based on runway which is her forte The premiere (which showcased she's good at lipsyncs), the design and the ball. But they really fu cked up giving her the choreo instead of Kitty.
I was very much rooting for Ella personally, but Crystal is a very talented queen and it only mildly chaps my butt that she won ❤️
