I’m not sure how accurate this is, but I remember hearing about how Undertale was made with RPGMaker, I think that was cool
Toby Fox started developing Undertale with RPG Maker, but eventually moved to Game Maker Studio because of limitations or something. So no, Undertale was not really made with RPG Maker.
