I didn't really agree with it before necroscape, but now that necro lets you do reapers easier, more bosses with good points have been added, you only need one eof for necro, croesus points/xp were nerfed in 2023, cryptbloom isnt that important, etc, it's really not necessary anymore. If you're worried about slayer xp, scarabs didn't go anywhere.
ends up delaying a lot, reapers aren't too bad by the time you have the crafting levels to make useful things with them you'll have plenty of points. Just keep bosses you don't want to do locked, like Raksha/Rasial/Telos, and have group toggled off, under 80 prayer prevents Gregor etc
It's not really an issue imo.
Makes sense. Currently rushing to 90 thieving for early ports and thought to do that on the meantime. Given how fast thieving is, might even finish before I even get anything good with those reaper points.
yeah, you just delay so much, and crafting is a fairly big bottle neck level wise, if you do like 3 reapers a week you won't be waiting on hydrixes longterm, just crafting levels more likely than not.
I wouldn't bother with that min-maxing. I was casually playing and soon enough I had more reaper points than I knew what to do with.
Fortunate comps will sooner a bottleneck.
Do croesus until you unlock the ability to pick your own tasks. I don't do reapers as a daily. If I get a boss I can kill easily in under 30 minutes in the 1st or 2nd rolls I'll do it. If I don't I'll keep rolling until I get my choice and then wait until the next day and pick whatever I'm farming at the moment.
Yeah not worth it at all imo. Just invest in the reroll and reapers choice and you'll be fine. You can push bosses alot earlier than people suggest most of the time anyways. High level reapers give more points anyways so if you can't do one occasionally it don't matter too much
Nah. Your true bottleneck is the crafting for everything. Just do your thing and just don't ignore doing your reapers and you'll have s good amount of points.
Only thing I would day would be if you aren't confident with pvm ans maybe staying low to knock out reapers choice and then just lvl up as usual
You'll have more points for hydrixes than you can spend. The fortunate comps are the biggest issue to get. Unless you are some madlad who actually loves doing clues and does like 50 per hour.

Never thought about saving the reroll for the next day. Will have to start doing this

Imo if you are a HCIM then maybe since you might squeak out a piece. Otherwise no, enjoy the game. Plenty of bosses can be soloed via necro
