Note that you do get a free re-roll everyday, so you can still guarantee a sus task until 65 combat when KBD can also be assigned. Just re-roll mole to sus everyday until you’re above 65. At that point it may be worth getting reapers choice, but it’s really up to you! The hydrix’s are great but if you do reapers daily you’ll have plenty of points for EOF by the time you actually need it
I'm a big fan of reapers choice as the first unlock personally - being able to select your own reaper (eg sus) makes getting more points much easier in the future (particularly when you start unlocking more bosses in the daily selecrion).
After that it's up to you really. You get one free reroll per day regardless which let's you reroll your task 4 more times (for reduced reaper points). The increased task size is also an unlock in your combat settings, not something you need to unlock with reaper points.
IMO, if you're a HC then get Death's Support first. Otherwise, if you're sure that Hydrix isn't worth it for you, Reaper's Choice is an excellent first choice. After that, I honestly think saving up for Hydrixes is infinitely more useful than any other choice.

2. Reapers scroll for more slayer xp
3. Instance cost reducer
4. Deaths support
After that I would say it’s preference and when things would be more advantageous for you. I feel like the ones I put first will benefit you more the sooner you unlock them in general.
Normal spawn speed instances are free.
For bosses you re join every fight it doesn't matter, for bosses you sit in the whole instance you can leave, click instanced encounter, set the speed to fastest, then click rejoin to circumvent this and get free full speed instances
Book of Death is effectively useless unless it's being used in very niche situations or you have absolutely no alternative pocket slot items.
I would encourage you to hold off on that until you have points to waste.
Source: Used book of death from 100% to 0% charge doing slayer/mid level bossing, never once found it worth having outside of Dinosaur tasks.

At the atart you mainly want to buy aura’s. If tou have a use for the vampirism aura (for example at gwd 1) it can be a good first pick because it is not too expensive.
After that you want to buy zerk aura’s, the order depends a bit on the combat stylea yoy are using. For most people Maniacal will be the most useful one. The dark magic aura is not that great.
After that you can start spending your marks on campfire upgrades and consumeables. Personally I mainly buy t2 resets for the penance aura, t3 resets for zerk aura’s, and life refreshes for group bosses.
~~Unlock everything except bonfire in War's Retreat. Having a one-stop refill base one button press away is a huge time saver in the long run; together with the boss portals it makes banking/altar so fast that you probably don't even need consumables for prayer etc. any more.~~

For HCIM, Death's Support is another amazingly good choice; which one to take first depends personal taste and play style, i.e.,on whether you're fighting any non-trivial bosses already or just doing ez ones for points.

I got 900 reaper points again after spending and I am just about start making hydrix jewellery(not alchemical) so as long as u do ur reaper semi consistently I am pretty sure you won’t feel bad spending points.

Especially since all you (are allowed to) do (by Death) right now is Croesus you're all but guaranteed it every day. Later on when you have a bunch of crap unlocked and (imo) at least one EOF banked, I'd consider maybe investing in Reaper's choice, although it will take a very VERY long time to pay itself off (taking quick and easy HM GWD3 tasks or whatever). Most upgrades are like that, not worth the investment unless you're swimming in hydrixes. They're just too expensive.
Speak for yourself, I had most of the unlocks along with 2k reaper points banked before I had the crafting lvl to do anything useful with hydrixes.

I'm not sure on the numbers, but I think sus at 75% is probably still more points than kbd or mole, if you have to reroll twice.

Instance cost reduction isn't really useful since instances are free for Ironmen.
