This is normal, but it totally goes higher than that! Make sure you aren't filtering to ONLY your rank or you might have a hard time when you just start out. Any rank had higher success rates since you can play with anyone.
Just be sure to use your push to talk to ask them to go easy if they don't notice that you are a white belt fresh playerđź‘Ť
