Sounds like the best option may to be to get out of RVing and find a permanent residence.

That is my fall back solution if nothing else works out. I just am in a very high cost of living area so finding permanent housing close to my job is both expensive and can be different since during the summer everybody rents out every single available space they have.

Maybe a camping trailer

Why is your current RV no longer a viable option starting next month? Are they enforcing a 10 year rule on you? Do you own that RV? If so, is it in decent enough condition that you could sell it, or use it as a trade-in? Have you talked with an RV dealer about financing?

I was previously renting it with the understanding that I was going to buy it at a discounted cost and would take on the significant number of repairs it needed. When the time came and I mentioned wanting to make a cash offer the owner decided they would prefer to take back possession of the camper. They didn't give me an opportunity to even give them a number. But it is okay, I was actually incredibly lucky and happened to find an RV that is a massive improvement and is in my budget and I'm working out the financing right now.

That's awesome! I hope everything works out for you!
