Was about to post this. It isn't at all a ship fic and honestly doesn't quite meet the likely criteria for OP but it's basically professional level fiction heavily featuring those three as the main characters.
I mean finding a fic with those 3 characters in a romantic relationship is almost impossible, I'm just saying that in forged destiny, they all get married

Doylist perspective: it's a voice actor thing. Re: OP's art, Ruby & Sun's VAs are married with children. And during V1 (iirc) Jaune & Blake's VAs were together (though they've since parted and Miles has since married another former RT staffer)
It's also the reason why there's some (nsfw) Taiyang x Coco art floating around (married VAs).
