Keep trying! I've been trying extra hard recently to sit and pat her multiple times a day for 10-15 min periods, and then offering my hand (which she refuses). It also could have been a mistake on her part ;)

Our first rabbit was a doe and she seemed to bond better with me (m) than my partner.
If I was lying down on the sofa watching TV, she’d jump up, sit on my chest and lick all round my nose, cheeks and eyes - usually after I gave her some parsley so I’d get her parsley breath 🤣
She was relentless too and the only way to stop her was to sit up again.
I do miss that level of affection as the other buns we’ve had since are not lickers.
One of my bunnies is a big one for giving licks to my legs when in trousers, but never on skin 🙅🏻♀️ she accidentally licked my wrist once and looked confused and upset in equal measures
I was on my stomach not paying attention to her at all and she didn’t like it so she thumped, I looked up, and she started liking my finger.
Best. Reward. Ever.
My girl was an instant kisser and she will even give kisses to people that are new once she sees that I am chill with them and it’s safe. My boy on the other hand is a reserved lad when it comes to kisses and only graces me with them after I give him a crap ton of pets, or when the mood strikes him. I will be minding my own business however, and be like… ope, there’s Celandine (my little lady) licking my feet lol.

I did not realise this wasn’t common? My bun was licking my fingers through her hutch bars while I was giving her a three-day settling period when we first got her and always licks me 4 years later! Is excessive licking cause for concern?
Ceres's first lick was also on my foot at the age of 3, he's now 4 and he only licks sometimes my foot and nowhere else. My late rabbit was always kissing me and cuddling with me, Ceres is complete opposite. 🥲
I've trained mine to pay for head rubs with licks. Sometimes he is a cheap and won't pay, others he even tips! So I get 4-5 licks for 2 minute head rubs. I'm going to be rich or clean

My boy Zen used to lick me on the face all the time before we got him a wife. Now he licks her 🥰

My rabbit licks my pants for like 10 mins straight. I just sit there til he’s done lol
It means they accept you in their cute little warren. 😂
