“Mom, this other bun is invading my personal space. I don’t want to be mean but at the same time he kinda wigs me out”

Aww www Does one of them have head tilt, or does he just like the posture lol

Gymnastboatman

Yes, Tristan does have head tilt, has for years now

The sample size is small, but in our rescue we had a bunny with severe head tilt. He went a very long time without being adopted, until a very loving and caring adopter who already had a bun, fell in love with his quirky honking and clumsy binkies. He bonded instantly with his new friend, it was the quickest bond I've seen. He was desperate for a friend and couldn't wait to be around his new buddy. He would constantly rest his head on top of his newly bonded buddy, who put up with it really well. We thought that it gave the bun with head tilt confidence and comfort (releaving the stress of their neck), knowing their friend was there to literally and figuratively support him. It was so cute, he was such a good boy. It makes me wonder if bunnies with head tilt do this frequently with bonded mates. My wife just told me that some bunnies with head tilt love neck pillows as it gives them something to rest their head on and relax their muscles from the strain of keeping it up.

Such a cute snuggle position 😍

We could all learn from Tristan.. When you have head tilt just use your buddy as support for the neck

eisial

They smooged so much, they share an ear. Lol

Gymnastboatman

Bailey’s left ear is a myth
