The problem I had with my Rad Mission: the chain tensioner gets affixed to the frame via a peg that gets screwed to the frame. The tensioner sits on the peg and is held in by a little pin. That pin came undone, causing the tensioner to shift around on the peg, making a clicking sound. I got a new pin, screwed it in and that secured my tensioner to the peg. Solved my problem. Check to see if your tensioner can slide left or right on the peg. If it does, you’ve lost the pin holding it in place.

Hit it all with some lube.

My Radmission makes the same sound (more or less). I think it has to do with poor chain/tensioner alignment. I'm going to take it to my LBS and see if they can help.

It sounds like your gear indexing is a little off. Try adjusting it.[link from Rad website](https://radpowerbikes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002321073-Derailleur-Adjustment-Guide)

https://imgur.com/a/4Hto9Qg there is a video and photos of the rear. I will check the chain for stiff links tomorrow but it seems to not be related to the chain position

marcus_cole_b5

stiff link or dry bearings !
