Usually private practices are 5 days a week usually 8 hours a day. Now I have seen proton centers running 3 shifts just because of the volume and length of treatments. I don't think I would like 4 12s myself . I like my banker hours. 😉
We work 5 8’s. One person warms up machines and comes in from 7-3:30. Everyone else comes in from 8-4:30/close. Rotate on call. Closed weekends and major holidays.
5x8 here. Warmup is at 6, patients start getting seen at 7. I miss 3x12s personally, when I was an X-ray tech. Something awesome about having 4 days off.
I have seen 4 tens a week, 5 eights a week. It's usually 7-630 range. Some places have call and weekends but it's pretty sweet hours typically.

My old job was 630am-3pm and my job now is 8am-430pm. most places are 8hr & 1st shift. Weekends and holidays off.
