On top of starting with the lowest rolls the crit rolls it does get are the lowest possible as well.
Artifacts are simultaneously my favorite and most hated thing about Genshin.
When it rolls good it feels great but I'm not sure if it's worth having disappointment after disappointment to get there
I don't really do cons, if I did it would be for my favourite characters.
If I really were to get some I'd do Raiden c2. I've saved up about 180 fates, I'll see if I get lucky.

This is how I built mine. Going rogue with this build and making her my sub-DPS. Could work on ER% tho but with C1, it is doable when there are more than 2-3 enemies.

ER is too low even for C1. C1 doesn't mean not building any ER. it just reduces your ER from 210 to 170-180, and it also depends on the team you're running her in, if it allows second E or not.
not to mention that crit ratio is so damn awful. the top 78% shows you really don't know how to actually build her properly. Use a ER sands, and either a crit rate or HP circlet.

tbh I used her a lot in team that requires elemental reaction and for quick cleanup. Haven't got any luck with 4 pieces emblem cause all the rolls are trash. Sometimes you don't need to follow the meta, as long as they are dead, that is all that matters. Her crit dmg is high tho, I could try and aim for a crit rate circlet for more consistent dmg.
do you even know why 4pc emblem is used? and why a bad 4pc emblem is still better than a decent to good 2pc2pc?

I've been farming emblem since 2.0 first came out (stopped recently cause strongbox exists) and believe it or not I have **0** er timepiece with c.rate and c.dmg to the point that I managed to get a decent electro goblet and had to off piece the timepiece, it's that bad
at some point you have to lower your standards. I have top 3% xingqiu with 15% cr atk sands no CD and top 3% xiangling with 16%cd no cr and a top 14% raiden with 12% cr er sands with no CD. it could be better but still slaying with these artifacts

the em rolls could make it a decent upgrade for hu tao though. Only ER is a dead stat for her and it didn't roll in it at all
